Service targeted to:

• 18 years and older
• with low income
• and a history of mental illness
• who are capable of independent community living
• and have a demonstrated need for subsidized housing

Application Required

To access service, each application requires:

• proof of current income
• written reference from a previous landlord
• written reference from a doctor or community professional that confirms suitability for independent living and how ongoing support services will be provided
• signed addendum agreeing to rules and regulations of Crime Free Multi-Housing Program

• pets are approved on a case-by-case basis
• a maximum of 2 cats or 1 small dog (15 pounds or under) are allowed
• fish are allowed
